Select

How can criteria be selected?

In the selection section, select the desired criteria such as cantons, language, industries, company numbers, special criteria and people. On the right side you will find a summary of your selected criteria, as well as the number of selected companies. Do you need further assistance? Please call us at +41 (0) 44 701 8114.

Can I also order Email addresses?

E-mail addresses cannot be ordered. As a database customer with access to Insightbase or Userbase, there is the possibility that you can use our Em@il Service. We will be happy to advise you!

Can more than one selection be ordered?

One selection or list can be ordered per order process.

How can I make sure that a desired company is included in my selection?

To make sure that a specific company is included in your selection, call us so that we can check.

How does Profondia get the data?

Profondia collects and validates the data in direct telephone contact with the companies. The basic company data and personal data are checked twice a year to ensure that the company information and contact persons are as up-to-date as possible.

In what format do I receive the data?

You will receive the data as a download in Excel format.

What does the data delivery look like?

Here you can find one example each for the delivery format of Marketing Service and Mailing Service.

What is the advantage of ordering from the webshop?

The process is automated. You can pay by credit card and have the desired list at hand within a short time, regardless of the time of day or opening hours of Profondia.

Order and payment

Can I create an account so I don't have to register every time?

To complete the order, an account must be created. This can then be used for further orders.

Can I order as an agent?

Interested parties who would like to order data for a thirt party we are happy to personally advise by +41 (0) 44 701 81 14.

Can I order from abroad?

Orders can be made from abroad as long as payment is done in CHF.

Can I pay by invoice?

To pay by invoice, please contact us at +41 (0) 44 701 81 14 and we will be happy to create the desired selection together with you.

Can I pay in Euro?

No, it can only be paid in CHF.

Can I provide a customer reference or PO which will be shown on the invoice?

Yes, when completing the order, you have the option to specify an order number (which will be shown on the invoice).

How can I contact you if I have further questions?

How can it be paid for?

In the webshop it is currently only possible to pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard and Twint).

How long can I use the data?

Marketing Service: 12 months from delivery date.
Mailing Service: one-time use of the data for one mailing.

Is there a return policy if I don't like the quality?

If something is wrong with the quality of the data, please contact us at +41 (0) 44 701 81 14 .

What happens if I made a mistake when selecting the data?

Contact us at +41 (0) 44 701 81 14 and we will try to find a solution together with you.

What is the difference between Marketing Service and Mailing Service?

Marketing Service:
Any use during 12 months from date of delivery. Scope of offer:
• Contacts (decision makers) with job title
• Company name, address, P.O. Box, postal code, city


Mailing Service:
One-time use of data for one mailing. Scope of offer:
• Contacts (decision-makers) with job title
• Company name, address, P.O. Box, postal code, city
• telephone, fax, number of employees at location, branch of industry

Where can I see my order history?

Once you complete the order, you will receive an email with the download link and you can download the data.

Are the addresses compliant with data protection?

Yes, we attach great importance to data protection. The data is collected in accordance with the Schweizer Datenschutzgesetzt (DSG) and maintained in direct contact with the companies. Our database has been registered in the Register der Datensammlungen (Datareg) of theEidgenössischen Datenschutz- und Öffentlichkeitsbeauftragter (EDÖB) since 1991.

According to Art. 11 of the General Terms and Conditions of Profondia AG, the customer is also obligated to use the data licensed from Profondia exclusively in compliance with the schweizerischen Datenschutzgesetzgebungen (DSG).

Can I download the data several times?

The data can be downloaded several times after purchase, but the download is available for a maximum of 14 days after purchase.

Some of the delivered records are not correct, do I get new ones for that?
